December, 2004 - Tibbett & Britten
Has signed for an additional 7,770 sqm of space Within Hall A of Building 2.
July 2004 - Tibbett & Britten
Expanded its operations at Westpoint by signing a lease for an additional 6,600 sqm of new chilled space to accommodate their client, Austrian based food store, Interspar.
June 2004 - Austrian juice company Pfanner
Consolidated all of their Czech republic operations into Westpoint - agreeing to lease 3,400 sqm, beginning on June 1, 2004.
NEW LEASES SIGNED
June 2004 - Westpoint Distribution Park welcomes Welz International Spedition
Logistics company - signed lease contract for 8,300 sqm of space. Welz is the daughter of the Austrian based company Quehenberger Logistic AG.
February 2004 - Westpoint Distribution Park welcomes Czech logistics provider Setera
Leases 1,432 sqm. The main client of Setera is US based consumer products company, Proctor & Gamble.
