The property holdings of the IMMOFINANZ Group currently comprise more tham 1.000 objects with total letable space of more than 4 million sqm and a fair value of approx. € 4 billion. The broadly diversified portfolio includes properties not only in Austria, but also in Western and Eastern Europe and the USA. At present 29 % of letable space in the IMMOFINANZ portfolio is located outside Austria, with this total divided between the Group's IMMOWEST (12 %) and IMMOEAST (17 %) regional holding companies.

Risk minimisation is the keyword underlying the Group's expansion, and is demonstrated by diversification across a range of countries and sectors. The portfolio comprises the following sectors: residential, office space, parking facilities, retail space, hotels and industrial. Proactive portfolio management insures stability and very high occupancy levels, which generate excellent returns for shareholders (9,26% after tax per annum over the 5 years ended 31 March 2005).
